At Nomii, we stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a refund for your most recent product within 60 days of receipt, for any reason. We accept requests for both opened and unopened products under this guarantee — no return shipping required.
To be eligible, the product must be the last item you received from us. The refund request must be made within 60 days from the date you received the product, and you must provide proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt.
To request a refund under our 60-day guarantee, please email our support team at hello@trynomii.com with the subject line "60-Day Guarantee Refund Request" and include your order number. No return of the product is required.
If you wish to return a product outside of the 60-day guarantee, or for a change of mind, the following conditions apply:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee applies to standard returns. Please email hello@trynomii.com with the subject line "Return Request" to receive authorization and the return address before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at hello@trynomii.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a free replacement (no return required) or a full refund.
If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Once your refund is approved (or your standard return is received and inspected), we will notify you. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time (3–10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
