At Nomii, we stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your most recent product within 100 days of purchase, for any reason. We accept returns in both new or used condition — no questions asked.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be the last item you received from us. The return request must be made within 100 days from the original purchase date, and you must provide proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact our support team at hello@trynomii.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending the item back. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please get in touch with us right away. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product, the fastest way is to complete the return process for your current item and then place a new order for the item you would like instead.
European Union Customers
If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@trynomii.com.
