Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.
How the Guarantee Works
You may use Nomii as directed for up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us at hello@trynomii.com or call 1800 583 724. Please include your order number. Providing a reason for your refund request is optional but helpful.
Once approved:
• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
• No return of product is required
• No restocking fees apply
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
What Is Covered Under the 60-Day Guarantee
The 60-day guarantee applies to:
• Opened products
• Unopened products
• One-time purchases
• Subscription shipments (if requested within 60 days of receipt)
• All product sizes
No return shipping is required under this guarantee.
Standard Returns (Outside 60-Day Guarantee)
If you wish to return a product outside of the 60-day guarantee, the following conditions apply.
Eligible for return:
• Unopened products only
• Original, sealed packaging
• Purchased directly from trynomii.com
Not eligible:
• Opened or used products (outside the 60-day guarantee)
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
• Expired products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to standard returns.
Refunds for standard returns are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact hello@trynomii.com as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery, and provide:
• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Description of the issue
You may choose either:
• A free replacement (no return required), or
• A full refund
Once approved, replacements are shipped immediately or refunds are processed within 24 hours.
Wrong Product Shipped
If we shipped the incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will either ship the correct product at no cost or issue a full refund. No return is required.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account or by contacting us.
Cancellation must occur at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not refundable, but remain eligible under the 60-day guarantee if requested within 60 days of receipt.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind:
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Opened products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns outside the 60-day guarantee. This restriction does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of whether the product has been opened or used.
International Orders
The 60-day guarantee applies worldwide.
For standard returns on international orders:
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Customer is responsible for any customs fees
• Product must clear customs and arrive in resaleable condition
Consumer Protection Rights
This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:
• Australian Consumer Law
• EU Consumer Rights Directive
• UK Consumer Rights Act
• U.S. state consumer protection laws
• Canadian provincial consumer laws
Refund Method
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods.
Processing times vary by payment provider but generally range from 3–10 business days after processing.
Unauthorized Resellers
We only accept returns for products purchased directly from trynomii.com.
We do not accept returns for products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or marketplaces.
How to Request a Refund
For 60-Day Guarantee:
Email hello@trynomii.com with the subject line “60-Day Guarantee Refund Request” and include your order number. No return is required.
For Standard Returns:
Email hello@trynomii.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number and photos of the unopened product. Wait for return authorization before shipping.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
