- EU customers: EU Online Dispute Resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/odr
- US customers: Binding arbitration under the Australian Commercial Disputes Centre (ACDC) rules, or small claims court
- Other jurisdictions: Courts of New South Wales or your local courts as required by law
Class Action Waiver: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions (except where prohibited by law, such as in EU member states).
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
