Shipping Overview
We ship worldwide from local fulfillment centers positioned near major customer regions. This allows for faster delivery, reduced customs delays, and transparent pricing without surprise import charges.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive:
• An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking once dispatched
Orders placed before 2pm AEST typically ship the same business day, subject to inventory availability. Orders placed after 2pm AEST ship the next business day.
Processing times do not include transit time.
During high-volume periods, public holidays, severe weather, or unforeseen operational disruptions, processing may be delayed. If delays exceed normal processing times, we will notify you by email.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery is estimated at 5–7 business days from the date of shipment for most destinations.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the destination country.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated.
Remote or rural areas may require an additional 1–3 business days.

We ship to most countries worldwide including:

New Zealand
United States (all 50 states; excluding certain territories)
Canada

European Union member states
Selected non-EU European countries
Asia-Pacific countries
United Arab Emirates and selected Middle East destinations
We do not ship to countries under international trade sanctions, regions where dietary supplements are restricted or prohibited, or areas experiencing conflict or severe instability.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout.
Orders below the free shipping threshold will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Subscription orders receive free shipping unless otherwise stated.
Any promotional shipping offers override standard rates for the duration of the promotion.
Local Fulfillment
Orders are routed to the fulfillment center closest to the delivery address where inventory is available.
Benefits of local fulfillment may include:
• Faster delivery
• Reduced international transit delays
• Simplified customs handling
• Improved tracking reliability
Fulfillment locations may change without notice in order to optimize delivery efficiency.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Where available, shipments are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means applicable duties and import taxes are prepaid by us and included in the checkout price.
You will not be charged additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery where DDP shipping is applied.
For certain destinations where DDP is not available, customers may be responsible for local import charges.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
If tracking has not updated within 3 business days or appears incorrect, contact hello@trynomii.com and we will assist.
Shipping Address Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address including:
• Full name
• Street address and unit number (if applicable)
• City, state/province
• Postal/ZIP code
• Country
• Valid phone number
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Address changes may only be possible before shipment.
Delivery and Signature
Most deliveries do not require a signature.
Some shipments may require a signature depending on order value or destination.
If you authorize unattended delivery, you accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery confirmation.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days from shipment, contact hello@trynomii.com with your order number.
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:
• Check with household members or neighbors
• Verify the delivery address
• Contact the carrier
• Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Provide photos of the item and packaging
We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a shipment is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Refused delivery
• Failure to collect
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply if the error was not ours.
If you refuse delivery without contacting us, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Subscription Shipping
Subscription orders ship automatically according to your selected schedule.
You may:
• Skip a shipment
• Update your address
• Pause your subscription
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before processing.
International Restrictions
Certain countries restrict or prohibit dietary supplements.
If we cannot ship to your destination due to regulatory restrictions:
• Your order will be cancelled
• A full refund will be issued
It is your responsibility to ensure products can be legally imported into your country.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including:
